FACTS: The Pyramids were the tallest buildings in the
world until this century. It took 2.3 million stone blocks to complete this
great monument. The Pyramids could be used as a sundial to tell the time. When
the kings were buried they would be buried with all their treasures and their
pets. The great Pyramid is 147 metres tall.
